Ingredients:
- 100ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
- 1 heaped tbsp sundrenched/sun-soaked tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 heaped tbsp chargrilled artichokes, finely chopped
- 1 heaped tbsp olives, finely chopped
- 1 heaped tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- ½ garlic clove, minced (optional)
- 1 tsp sumac
- 1 tsp Aleppo Chili
