The California Black Health Network presents a HEALTH4LIFE Series on Diabetes.
This Health4Life series is for individuals who have been diagnosed with diabetes and desire to learn how to more effectively manage their disease, prevent disease progression, and how to optimize their health and well-being. Session 1 focuses on explaining what is diabetes, why the Black community experiences diabetes more than others, and important facts to know to take charge of your health and wellness.
