This look is a kaleidoscope of colorful eyeshadow applied below the eyes. Naezrah’s creative and whimsical take on bright eyeshadow and concealer is everything you need for the summer.
The talented makeup artist became popular by creating dramatic eye and makeup designs that her followers could not get enough of. As fun as the rainbow-bright under-eye look is, you must ensure you have the proper tools to recreate it properly. You will need the following:
- Colorful eyeshadow (bright colors, of course)
- Illuminating undereye concealer
- Nearly-white priming base
- Cream blush
- Makeup brushes (Have enough for all the eyeshadows)
